There are so many YouTube videos, Zoom classes out there, probably most of them are good, and some not so good.
Imagine doing a HIIT class in your living room, jumping, high lunges, running on the spot etc, exercises that would normally be done in a studio, on a spring floor, not on a carpet or wood flooring with no give. I worry about the trampets (small trampolines), how many people have the room for these, never mind the height! and what they could be doing to your pelvic floor! Consideration should be given for all exercise choices.
